Program can only be accessed if previous bicycle loan amount has been paid off.
Reimbursements can only take place after the purchase has taken place and payments will be made to the employee via EFT.

Between: (hereinafter called the "Employee")
AND THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
hereinafter called the "City"
WHEREAS the Employee has received an employee loan from The Corporation of the City of Kitchener in the amount of $0 (the “Loan”); AND WHEREAS the Employee has agreed to reimburse the City for the Loan.
The Employee hereby assigns and transfers unto the City as security for the Loan any future monies and/or payments that may at any time hereafter be due to the Employee by the City.
In the event that I terminate my employment or am terminated by the City, the outstanding principal balance of the Loan must be paid in full. The City is authorized to deduct all said amounts from my final pays including the following earnings – regular, vacation, overtime, and sick bank and/or severance/termination payments.
