By using this application, you acknowledge that the City provides the application on an “as is”, “as available” basis. The City does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements with respect to the application itself. You also acknowledge that the information obtained through this application is considered complete and up-to-date to the best knowledge of the City; however the City does not warrant against errors, omissions, and/or discrepancies with other sources and I acknowledge that I may contact revenue customer service at 519-741-2450 to discuss any concerns with the information.
The City is not responsible for, and will not be liable to you or anyone else, for any damages whatsoever, including any indirect, special incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your used of, or inability to use, the application.
By using the application, you agree that you will (i) not interfere with or disrupt the application or computer networks connected thereto; or (ii) delete or revise any materials or information accessible through the application; and (iii) be solely responsible for providing any hardware or software required to successfully use the application.
Any receipt of confirmation of payment does not signify the City’s receipt of acceptance of your payment. Your payment shall be deemed to constitute an offer to pay which will be accepted by the City only upon successful payment by the applicable credit card company. The City will not, for any reason, refund any payments made for use of this application including, but not limited to, circumstances where a user had identified an incorrect property or account.
The City of Kitchener take the safeguarding of our customers’ personal information seriously and put efforts into ensuring that the email we send to our customer is error and virus-free. Unfortunately, full security of the email including the personal information that it contains cannot be ensured, despite our efforts, as the personal data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted.
By accepting the terms and conditions you are consenting the City of Kitchener to email you a copy of the utility certificate (s) requested. You as the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as the City of Kitchener does not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of the email we will send you as a result of your request to receive an emailed property utility certificate(s).
