Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee that your event will take place on the requested date and location. We will get in touch to discuss your application.

Due to the volume of requests that are received throughout the year, we recommend that you follow up with a member of the Kitchener Events team to schedule a meeting to discuss proposed plans.

All events are subject to advance approval of Region of Waterloo Public Health and the City of Kitchener.

See below for site plan options. If your event is held at one of these locations use the template. Print the document, mark up your site plan, scan and attach it. If your event location is not in the list below please attach your own. Please note: site plan approval will be required a minimum of four weeks prior to your event.

Please note your site plan must include in detail what measures are being put in place to ensure a minimum of 6ft physical distancing for guests, clear entry and exit locations plus how you will ensure capacity does not exceed limits currently noted in the provincial guidelines.
