The following documents are necessary for processing this application:

A minimum of two (2) written estimates from a qualified architect or contractor;
Conceptual elevation plan identifying dimensions, materials and colours of the proposed work;
A proposed sign plan, if applicable, identifying dimensions, materials and colour; and
If applicable, Tenant must provide written authorization from the registered property owner.
Upload pictures of current state of the proposed area to be renovated.

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to by the City of Kitchener to inform policy decisions.
