Financing (up to 50% of eligible costs, to a maximum of $10,000)

Documents:

The following documents are necessary for processing this application:

1. A minimum of two (2) written estimates from a qualified architect or contractor;
2. A rendering of the proposed work such as a conceptual elevation plan, or sign plan, identifying dimensions, materials and colours of the proposed work;
3. Upload pictures of current state of the proposed area to be renovated.
4. If applicable, tenant must provide written authorization from the registered property owner. 

Privacy notice

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to by the City of Kitchener to inform policy decisions. This information will be shared with staff who require it for their work as part of Economic Development and will be stored on a server owned by a Third Party Service Provider (eSolutions Group) located in Canada. The personal information collected herein will be used only for the purposes relating to the program and will be protected in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the MFIPPA.
