Documents:

The following documents are necessary for processing this application:

  1. A minimum of two (2) written estimates from a qualified architect or contractor;
  2. A rendering of the proposed work such as a conceptual elevation plan, or sign plan, identifying dimensions, materials and colours of the proposed work;
  3. Upload pictures of current state of the proposed area to be renovated.
  4. If applicable, tenant must provide written authorization from the registered property owner.
