Vehicle selection process

In an effort to create a defined and transparent process for vehicle selection, a selection process has been adopted for Cruising on King Street. Past participation does not guarantee acceptance to this year’s event. The selection of all Cruising on King Street applicants will be achieved through a one-stage selection process administered and facilitated by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener. Space is limited.

The process for vehicle selection will involve:

  • A defined criteria, as outlined below, will be used by the committee to select vehicles.
  • Successful applicants will be notified by email by the second week of June to confirm their participation in Cruising on King Street.
  • All applicants will receive an email either confirming or declining their participation in Cruising on King Street 2026.
