Thank you for listing yourself and/or your band with the City of Kitchener's Musician Registry.  This registry will be used only by City of Kitchener departments as a booking resource for City events.  Your information will not be shared with anyone outside the relevant City of Kitchener departments.

Registering in no way obligates the City to book you and/or your band. Should the City wish to book you or your band, we will contact you, please do not call the City about bookings. If you have non-booking music questions please contact the Music Office at kitchenermusicoffice@kitchener.ca

Annually, we will reach out for you to update your information.

I agree to allow the City of Kitchener to add me to their Music Office Newsletter for the purposes of providing local musicians with up-to-date information on opportunities (grants, gigs), professional and creative development, and local inspiration.
 

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s.11(1) of the Municipal Act and in accordance with s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to to identify your application and contact musicians for bookings. This information will be shared with staff who require it for their work as part of the Corporation of Kitchener or third-party partners in the City of Kitchener who are looking to book musicians, and will be stored on SharePoint Private cloud repository. The personal information collected herein will be used only for the purposes relating to the program and will be protected in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the MFIPPA.
