HVAC inspection report

As per the Ontario Building Code, I hereby certify that under 6.2.1.1. Good Engineering Practice all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, including related mechanical refrigeration systems, shall be designed, constructed and installed to conform to good engineering practice appropriate to the circumstances described in CSA-F280, “Determining the Required Capacity of Residential Space Heating and Cooling Appliances”

I further certify that the HRV/ERV has been balanced (if installed), ducts sized and installed as per design and equipment operational settings (e.g. fan speed) have been set to designers specifications.

NOTE: Completed form shall be submitted prior to final plumbing inspection.
 
Final HVAC test to be witnessed by the Inspector.
 
Inspection by a Municipal Building Official does not relieve the owner or contractor of any responsibility to comply with all relevant By-laws, codes, regulations and legislation.
