Building Permit Fees paid by Electronic Funds Transfer

We are pleased to announce that the City of Kitchener, Building Division is now accepting Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for building permit fees.

In order to make an EFT payment for your building invoice, the following fields must be completed in full and submitted, by clicking on the submit button below.

Our Finance Division will reconcile with the Building Division if an incorrect fee amount was received. If there is any discrepancy in the funds received, the Building Division will contact the applicant and possibly put a hold on the permit.

Personal information requested in this form is collected under the authority of subsection 8(1.1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, and in accordance with s.28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information you provide will be used to facilitate payment for the building permit(s) you have indicated, and will be destroyed at the end of the month it is provided.
