Refund policy

• summer camps: a full refund will be given if you withdraw your child from a city run summer camp program by June 15, 2025; only extraordinary circumstances will be considered after June 15, 2025
• for all other programs, a 100% refund will be given if you withdraw from a program more than seven (7) days before the first day of the program
• there will be NO REFUND given if a request to withdraw is made less than seven (7) days before the first day of the program (exceptions may apply)

Exceptions

• refunds may be given for special circumstances only as approved by the program coordinator
• certain programs or activities (including single visits) may have their own refund policy, please review the activity descriptions and/or notes carefully

Refund methods

• refunds will be given in the same form as payment made
• cash refunds over $20 will be refunded by cheque
• account credits will expire after three years
