summer camps: a full refund will be given if you withdraw your child from a city run summer camp program by June 15; only extraordinary circumstances will be considered after June 15
for all other programs, a 100% refund will be given if you withdraw from a program more than seven (7) days before the first day of the program
there will be NO REFUND given if a request to withdraw is made less than seven (7) days before the first day of the program (exceptions may apply)

Exceptions

refunds may be given for special circumstances only as approved by the program coordinator
certain programs or activities (including single visits) may have their own refund policy, please review the activity descriptions and/or notes carefully

Refund methods

refunds will be given in the same form as payment made
cash refunds over $20 will be refunded by cheque
account credits will expire after three years
