Each year, the Kitchener Youth Advisory Council (KYAC) presents the Youth Awards. Nominate a young person or group below.

Include specific examples of their contributions, measurable outcomes (such as number of people reached or programs implemented), and how their efforts have positively influenced the community.

The personal information collected herein is for the administration of the 2026 KYAC Youth Awards in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Information collected will be used to determine eligibility for the KYAC Youth Awards, to contact candidates regarding the nomination, to highlight achievements in printed materials, website, newsletters, social media, to evaluate candidates and select a recipient for the 2026 KYAC Youth Awards and may be used by the City of Kitchener for purposes relating to this program.
