Community Centre Room Booking Form

Please check box below acknowledging that you agree and will adhere to the terms and conditions of the community room:

  • Can book the space up to 30 days in advance, maximum of one booking per week
  • Not for profit groups only (no sales or soliciting of any kind permitted)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to book
  • Must be non-partisan/non-political usage
  • Room must be used for a minimum of three people and maximum of:
    • Victoria Hills – 12 people
    • Country Hills – 20 people
    • Forest Heights – 20 people
  • Tables and chairs provided
  • Maximum time of use – 2 hours for meeting, 1 hour for social gathering
  • No alcohol permitted
  • Leave the room as you found it
  • Room is only available during regular business hours, pending availability

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to process booking requests. This information will be shared with staff who require it for their work as part of the Community Services Department and will be stored on a server owned by a Third Party Service Provider (eSolutions Group) located in Canada. The personal information collected herein will be used only for the purposes relating to the program and will be protected in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the MFIPPA.
