Your personal information is being collected under the authority of the Municipal Act s.11(1) and in accordance with s.28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Your information will be used to administer your request for the booking/rental of a City facility. Only City of Kitchener staff who require access to your personal information to facilitate your booking will have access to it.
