Private property ticketing application

The City of Kitchener has adopted a process whereby City Council may provide private property ticketing privileges to individuals to enforce parking regulations to ensure a facility’s spaces are being used only by patrons, members, employees and/or tenants.

A private property owner and/or acting property agent may apply by submitting the following online application, along with the required documentation. Once submitted, each application is subject to review and Council approval before private property ticketing privileges are granted.

Private property ticketing privileges allows parking enforcement of private property, fire routes and disabled parking spaces.
