Digital Kitchener tech business consultation registration:

  • If you're a tech start up, a small or medium sized tech business, please complete this registration form to volunteer for an in-person engagement session by Friday, Aug. 29 at 11:59 p.m. 
  • The session will take place on Thursday, Sept. 11 from 12 to 2 p.m. in Downtown Kitchener (details will be shared with selected volunteers)
  • In addition to a pizza lunch and snacks, each participant will receive one (1) $5 Tim Horton's card to participate at the end of the two-hour session.
  • There will also be a draw for a prize valued at $50 at the end of the the two-hour session.

Personal information is being collected under the authority of s.11(1) of the Municipal Act and in accordance with s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and will be used to register for an in-person engagement session for the Digital Kitchener strategy review. This information will be shared with staff who require it for their work as part of their work at the City of Kitchener and will be stored on a server owned by a Third Party Service Provider (GHD Group) located in Canada. The personal information collected herein will be used only for the purposes relating to the program and will be protected in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the MFIPPA.
