Notice of Collection

Personal information is being collected in accordance with of s. 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). The information you provide will be used to correspond with you regarding your request and will be accessible only to select staff who require it to respond to and fulfill your request. The information you provide on this form will be retained on a server owned by a Third Party Service Provider (eSolutions Group) located in Canada.
